BACK HANDSPRING CLINIC

 

Our one hour clinic helps your child get that much-anticipated skill in every gymnast’s life...the back handspring.

 

Registration is $20 for each clinic.  Dynamo is offering back handspring clinics on the following dates:

Back Handspring Clinic Schedule:

 

  • Kids will do a small run and strength warm up

  • Warm up tumbling; handstand walks, cartwheels and round offs

  • Back handspring drills

  • Back handsprings for the advanced kids

Non Members are welcome.
